The Warrenton-Hammond School District No. 30 Board of Directors voted unanimously to adopt the superintendent evaluation instrument as presented.
Board members said the instrument includes no major structural changes; it removes half-point scoring and adds explicit superintendent goals. Crystal Green moved for approval and Adam Murray seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The adopted instrument will guide how the board evaluates Superintendent Trip Goodall going forward and is intended to align evaluation with district goals.
