County seeks Crowe Consulting to assess IT service‑management tools for work orders and assets

"One of the other pieces as part of this would be working with the facilities team because the facilities team right now uses our IT work order system to help manage some of their preventative maintenance work orders," she said.
Daphne said the discovery would determine whether facilities work orders should remain within IT’s system or be split into a facilities‑focused solution. The current software landscape includes disparate systems and extensive Excel tracking; some systems have been in place for 15–20 years.
