Nathan (speaker 10) said the owner submitted the annexation petition conditioned on entering a development agreement, which has been completed, and that required notices were provided before the hearing.
Nathan and staff explained rezoning to an industrial planned development to align with the development agreement and the future land use plan. The concept plan described during the hearing anticipates roughly 1,500,000 square feet of warehouse space arranged in three buildings. With no members of the public speaking at the hearing, council moved and approved annexation and the zoning change unanimously.
