District reports summer facilities work including asbestos removal and kitchen upgrades

She said the district is also completing security upgrades at Winter Lakes Elementary (a new office, security doors and a buzz-in system) and invited board members to tour the updated facilities in the fall. The superintendent noted the district had received a donated convection oven requiring electrical work and estimated that connection at CHS would not exceed $10,000.
