Connie (speaker 13) reviewed the district's integrated programs and the Student Investment Account (SIA) funding and public-posting requirements. She said the district must present the grant agreement publicly and post details online; for the 25–27 biennium the district is slated to receive "just a little bit over $2,300,000," funding personnel and curricular needs.
The SIA allocation will support CTE teachers, academic and social-emotional learning counselors, an equity team required by law, speech-language services now delivered in-district and educational assistants. Connie said these funds are intended to be used 'to have people who face forward to our students and provide them support.'
