The Planning Board granted conditional approval to Thomas W. Robie's two-lot subdivision at 274 Tamworth Road after Verdantas representative Frank McMahon presented revised lot-loading calculations. McMahon said the State's sizing method altered how soils were shown on plans and that the well radius on Lot 1 was repositioned; frontages remain unchanged and monuments (bounds) have been set.
Andy Fisher moved to approve the subdivision conditionally on receipt of State subdivision approval, a recorded mylar, and written Fire Chief approval; Lianne Prentice seconded and the motion passed. The board specified that conditions must be satisfied within 60 days. "Monuments have been set," McMahon noted during his presentation; the board recorded the conditions and will track receipt of the outstanding approvals.
