When asked by Betsy Cawn whether a conservation easement had been created in compliance with funding requirements, Supervisor Sabatier replied that the DWR-level contract requires an easement but "there is no specific timeline for placing that easement." The committee discussed maintenance funding and balancing near-term maintenance versus future implementation costs.
