CLRC assigns drafting task, schedules next meeting for May 19

At the end of the April 21 meeting, Ned Beecher asked that the annotations and inputs on David Little’s spreadsheet be assembled into a proposed nested list of co-occurrence categories. Dwight Emery volunteered to integrate David’s, Nancy’s and Dylan’s compilations and the meeting annotations into a single next-draft spreadsheet for CLRC review.
The committee set its next meeting for Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., location to be determined, and adjourned at approximately 6:35 p.m. Dwight’s draft will be circulated to members in advance so the group can continue refining category names and the nested structure at the next session.
