Clerk Titus Presler presented the minutes of the 2024 Hill West Cemetery Association Annual Meeting (held July 24, 2024). Treasurer Nancy Lumbra pointed out that member Earl Lumbra was missing from the 2024 attendees list; on a motion by Vice President Patrick Calecas and seconded by Stephen Rivers the minutes were accepted as amended.
The membership roster was circulated for corrections and updates. After members supplied corrections there were 42 member households on the list. The clerk noted that Ronald Lawyer, who attended the 2024 meeting, had died. Members did not record a formal vote count for the minutes motion beyond noting that the acceptance was unanimous.
