After discussion, Ms. Franciosi moved to approve the Settembrino agreement; Ms. Richardson seconded, and the roll call vote was recorded as: Ms. Franciosi — No; Ms. Richardson — No; Mr. Hershey — No; Mr. Wright — No; Dr. Marko — No. Item 12 was not approved and the board did not adopt the proposed agreement.
Following the failed vote, Superintendent Dr. James Roselli reported that the district will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for architectural services in connection with the referendum-approved HVAC upgrades.
