"The only thing they're looking at is, is there a float? Is somebody leaving water running?" the superintendent said, describing possible causes and steps. As mitigation the district will place two porta‑potties on site, keep bottled water and a manual flush system available during the school day, and schedule further diagnostics this summer; replacing toilets or piping was described as an option if diagnostics indicate it is necessary.
