Gettysburg council approves staff raises and adopts temporary appropriations ordinance as emergency

Kelsey Chrisman seconded; Jennifer Flora abstained from the vote. The motion passed.
Council also considered Ordinance 2026-2 to set temporary appropriations for fiscal year 2026. The council approved first reading, suspended rules for second and third readings, adopted Ordinance 2026-2, and adopted it as an emergency in the same session.
