Members agreed that proposed language changes should be submitted to staff at least seven days before each work session so staff can compile a consolidated chart or draft for review. Several members recommended using a side‑by‑side chart that shows original language and alternatives, with rationale kept in a separate reference document to keep on‑screen materials concise.
