Councilmember Amber Rausch reported that a local landowner adjacent to the Wildlife Park does not want a land trade but would rather provide an easement so the city can develop improvements in that section of the park. "There is a local landowner who owns property adjacent to the Wildlife Park and he does not want to trade land with the city but would rather provide an easement to the city so that they can develop improvements in that section of the park," the minutes state.
