Councilmember Michael B. Winget moved the council into a closed executive session at 6:30 p.m. to discuss "pending or reasonably imminent litigation as described in Section 52-4-205 (1)(c)." The motion was seconded by Councilmember Eugene R. Larsen and carried unanimously, with Councilmembers Winget, Larsen, Kyle Stevens, Dennis W. Alldredge and Amber Rausch voting yes.
Attorney Payton Harris and City Administrator/Recorder Kevin Orton were asked to attend the closed session along with all councilmembers, according to the meeting minutes. The council reconvened the open public meeting at 7:20 p.m. and proceeded to communications and requests.
