Commissioners approve daily signing agenda, strike one proposed order

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission unanimously approved the daily signing agenda at its Jan. 27, 2026, regular meeting after Commission staff requested that one proposed order be removed from consideration. Commission Secretary Garey L. Wortham told the Commissioners that because the agency was closed on Jan. 26 due to inclement weather, the proposed orders from that date would be considered as walkthrough items at the Jan. 27 session.
Staff asked the Commission to strike the proposed order for Case No. CD 2025-003967; the Commissioners unanimously approved striking that proposed order and approved the remaining items on the daily signing agenda. Chairman Kim David called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.; Commissioners J. Todd Hiett and Brian Bingman were also present, establishing a quorum. The meeting record notes that interested persons participated in person or by teleconference or videoconference when authorized.
