Redlands Community College presented a preliminary Spring 2026 enrollment report showing a headcount of 2,344 students, an increase of 11.4% compared with Spring 2025. Troy Milligan, the college’s Coordinator of Institutional Research & Effectiveness, told the Board that full-time-equivalent (FTE) enrollment and total credit hours also rose and that concurrent high-school enrollment remains a major growth driver.
Milligan said the college is pursuing initiatives to boost first-time and lower-level student recruitment to sustain growth. The Board heard that the expansion includes new academic programs and certificates introduced under the college’s Strategic Plan. No formal vote was required for the report; Regents discussed follow-up data requests for retention and program-specific enrollment.
