Alliance raises Sky View Golf Course range fees, removes large-bag option

The Alliance City Council on March 3 approved changes to the Sky View Golf Course fee schedule under Resolution No. 26-12. The council voted to raise the medium bag price to $7 (from $5), increase the monthly range pass to $45 (from $35), raise the annual range pass to $225 (from $200), and remove the large bag option.
Staff cited rising supply and labor costs and operational difficulties when large-bag purchases removed inventory from daily range operations. Interim City Manager Brown provided the council an overview of the reasons and implementation plans. Council approved the resolution 5-0 and directed that payments be collected at the pro shop going forward.
