Selectboard members were informed that the Assistant Clerk applicant declined the offer and the position has been reopened. The minutes note staff will continue recruitment and that two applicants have applied for the road crew vacancy; Mark Brouillette and Charlie Hancock will participate in candidate interviews as board representatives.
On new business, Suzanne Dollois moved to draft and submit a letter of support for the MCA/PTV Village Trust Initiative; Leanne Barnard seconded and the motion passed 4-0. The board also approved a fleet permit for Kilburn Transport on a 4-0 vote.
At the meeting’s end, Mark Brouillette moved to adjourn; Leanne Barnard seconded and the session adjourned 4-0. Several items were flagged for follow-up, including FY25 budget line items to monitor and a pending gate quote for the shop driveway.
