Commission tables Planning & Zoning bylaw updates; appoints three new P&Z members

A letter from Planning & Zoning was read and Carrie Poullsen explained proposed updates to the Planning & Zoning bylaws during the July 7 meeting. Following discussion, Commissioner Jack Lytle moved to table the bylaw revisions and Commissioner Randy Asay seconded; the motion carried.
Separately, Chairman Reed recommended appointing Joe Bowthorp and Steven Wood as full-time Planning & Zoning members and Donovan Allphin Jr. as an alternate. Commissioner Lytle moved to approve the appointments and Commissioner Asay seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
