Lowell council approves consent agenda, accepts December financial reports

The Lowell City Council unanimously approved the consent agenda at its Feb. 17, 2026, meeting, accepting December 2025 financial reports, the January 2026 check register, the January leave report and meeting minutes from Jan. 20 and Feb. 3. Councilor Jimmy Murray moved approval and Councilor Tim Stratis seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
City Administrator Max Baker clarified the financial reports, saying that “the December report included both monthly and quarterly reports, which contain the same information with the quarterly being more detailed.” The Feb. 3 minutes were amended to correct the call-to-order time from 7:01 to 7:06. No public comment was received on the consent items. The council took the vote without further discussion and the items were entered into the record.
