Uintah Basin Health Clinic gives 90-day notice on county clinic services

The letter also said that if a replacement RFP awardee begins providing services prior to that 90-day period ending, clinic employees may cease earlier; conversely, the clinic offered to work on an extension under the current agreement if a successor cannot start before the notice expires.
The notice was presented during the discussion of provider proposals for DCHBCC. Commissioners did not record a final decision at the June 30 meeting; the item remains an active contract and procurement matter requiring follow-up through the county's RFP process. The clinic's letter is dated June 26, 2026 and was read into the record by Commissioner Tippets.
