Administrative Law Judge Noah Allison revoked Lawsons Construction, LLC’s license number 86112 and assessed fines after the respondent failed to appear at the April 22 disciplinary hearing and a Notice of Default was entered.
The ALJ’s order finds the respondent in violation on three counts and imposed fines of $1,000 on each count for a total of $3,000; fees and costs will be assessed by the Board after issuance of the Decision and Order. The transcript records that the Notice of Hearing, Complaint and Requirement to Answer and a Notice of Default were admitted into the record.
Board Compliance Investigator Brook Williams was present and the ALJ noted that, because good cause appears and no appearance was made by April CM Lawson, immediate revocation is ordered. The Decision and Order will formalize the fine assessment and set any administrative follow-up.
