Attorney Harris advised the council that prompt repairs are required to limit liability, and Mayor Curt Hare said repaired sidewalks should be prioritized if the equipment is purchased. The motion passed with Larsen, Winget and Alldredge voting yes and Rausch and Stevens voting no. The council recorded the vote as Ayes: 3 / Nays: 2.
