County, Reclamation confirm billing will mirror prior contract; O&M/ replacement items require administrative handling

Jeff Hardy and county staff noted that historically the county has set aside replacement funds in its budget and reimbursed the Bureau when purchases (for example pumps) occurred; Trevor Brooksby said he has not seen quarterly separate invoices in practice. Reclamation said the contract language could remain as written and the parties can later adjust billing mechanics administratively if both sides agree.
