The board discussed holding some of the landscaping work for the right season but agreed to authorize staff to seek quotes and proceed up to the authorized amount. The motion passed on roll call.
Staff said the plan anticipates using Master Gardener volunteers for installation when appropriate, and that staff will report back with firm bids and a recommended contractor if outside procurement is necessary.
