Council voted to adjourn to executive session to discuss the purchase or sale of real property. The motion to enter executive session was moved by Kim Little, seconded by Keith Bacin, and carried with a recorded roll-call vote of 7–0. Mayor Bob Jarvis noted that no action would be taken as a result of the executive session.
The council adjourned to executive session at 8:01 p.m. and reconvened at 8:22 p.m. Upon return to open session, the council conducted miscellaneous business, recorded a motion to adjourn before the appointed hour, and adjourned the meeting at 8:22 p.m. No votes or public decisions regarding the property discussion were recorded in the open minutes.
