He said technology staff have conducted a digital-resource audit and established equipment standards and replacement cycles to maximize lifecycle value.
On staffing, Womack noted that over 80% of the district budget is spent on personnel; the district is analyzing a uniform staff-allocation matrix to standardize staffing across elementary, middle and high schools. For facilities, he recapped multi-year community-driven planning (strategic plan, long-range facilities master plan and the Educational Facilities Alignment Committee) that produced recent rezoning work for implementation in 2026–27 and directed repurposing of underutilized sites. Womack also summarized capital refreshes already completed across campuses and said the work order load declines after refreshes.
