CCISD approves February financials; CFO previews budget planning and investment report

Robin Martinez, CCISD’s Chief Financial Officer, presented the financial statement for February 2026; trustees approved the financial statement by unanimous vote. Martinez also reviewed the quarterly investment report prepared by Valley View Consulting, LLC for the quarter ended Feb. 28, 2026, which was provided for informational purposes.
During a preliminary budget workshop, Martinez presented statewide and district enrollment data, average daily attendance history, student-to-staff ratios, fund balance information, and a tentative calendar for 2026–2027 budget planning. The item was informational; no action was required. Minutes record that Dominic Robles left the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
