Council approves replat at 141 N. Murphy Road to separate existing salon lot

The City Council approved a replat application from Palatine Investment Group to divide Lot A at Full Spectrum Place, 141 North Murphy Road, into two parcels and correct a fire easement on the north end of the property.
City planning staff (S12) explained the replat "is subdividing the lot into two" to separate the lot that contains the Full Spectrum salon from the undeveloped surrounding parcel. Staff said the new lots will continue to be governed by the existing Town Center zoning and that future development would need to comply with that zoning. Council asked whether the replat addressed easement alignment; staff replied it corrects the fire access easement and connects an access easement as shown on the map.
A motion to approve the replat was made, seconded and passed unanimously.
