Commission approves consent agenda including final plats for Bridgewater phases and office-park preliminary plat

The plats approved were: final plat for Bridgewater Phase 2A-2 (approximately 6.599 acres, Jay Witherspoon and William Lick surveys), final plat for Bridgewater Phase 2A-3 (approximately 79.879 acres covering I Cooper and other surveys), and a preliminary plat for Lot 1, Block 1, Middle of the Office Park (about 3.047 acres, BF Hawkins survey near South Midlothian Parkway).
A commissioner moved to approve the consent items and another seconded; the package passed with a 5–1 vote and one abstention. The motion was recorded and the commission moved to the regular agenda.
