The board unanimously approved the consent agenda, including authorization to pay the July 13 bills list totaling $3,634,411.32 and approval of minutes and a retirement agreement for Scott Patrick. Supervisor 14 moved the consent motion and the board carried it 5–0.
The board also awarded the 2026–27 fuel consortium contracts through the Bucks County consortium to Petroleum Traders Corporation (Fort Wayne, Indiana) for unleaded gasoline (estimated $270,000) and Ports Petroleum (Worcester, Ohio) for low‑sulfur diesel (estimated $85,000), following the consortium bid recommendation. Separately, the board approved purchase and upfitting of a 2025 Ford F‑150 at a total price of $73,353.26 (within the budgeted $75,000 line item). Each procurement motion carried 5–0.
Board members said these awards followed normal county consortium procedures and staff review. No dissenting votes were recorded.
