The Chair praised the collaboration between the transportation district and UDOT on the project and moved to approve the MOA; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The agreement is intended to facilitate timely material procurement for Phase 6 of the Browns Park Road project and coordinate county resources with the state contractor.
