Commission hears multiple fund status reports; Small Watersheds Flood Control Fund remains unfunded

During the Sept. 30 meeting staff reviewed status reports for several Commission funds and programs. The minutes summarize the Resources Development Fund, Soil & Water Conservation Program Fund, Natural Resources Water Quality Fund, Water Well Decommissioning Fund and the Water Sustainability Fund as showing "business as usual." The Water Sustainability Fund closed-project reports were distributed and posted on the NRC website.
The minutes explicitly state: "Small Watersheds Flood Control Fund This is currently an unfunded program." Staff noted several WSF project progress reports and directed interested parties to the posted project status and closed-out reports. No budget transfers, new appropriations or vote actions were recorded on these fund reports at the Sept. 30 meeting.
