The Planning Commission approved a tentative map (TMAP 03-2026) to allow a one-lot commercial subdivision at the northeast corner of Revere Street and the Clark County 215 (APN 12415314001). Staff said landscaping and parking must meet The Villages at Tule Springs master plan and Title 17 requirements and recommended approval with conditions.
Applicant representative Dave Turner said the project currently has two leases in place—a Terrible Herbst convenience store and a tavern—and that additional food and medical-office tenants are being pursued. Commissioners discussed neighborhood demand and welcomed the commercial development; the motion to approve passed with staff recommendations.
