Chief Water Officer Matt Manning told the Nebraska Natural Resources Commission on Sept. 30 that staff are continuing work related to the DWEE agency merger, the Water Quality Quantity Task Force and site issues at the AltEn facility in Mead.
The meeting minutes note that Manning "gave an update on the progress of the agency merger, the Water Quality Quantity Task Force, the AltEn facility at Mead, and the Perkins County Canal." The record also states, "No public comments were offered." The commission did not take formal action on those updates during the meeting.
