Applicant Raul Andrei Grass said, "They will be taken off the Losty Road, the 15 North... we'll try to use the north side for less traffic," describing the intended test-drive route to minimize neighborhood impacts. Commissioners confirmed that sales may be completed online or finalized on-site by appointment only; the commission voted to approve the permit with staff conditions and recommended final action by the City Council.
