Council passes multiple first-read ordinances to acquire property and build homes with Welcome Home Ohio funds

This supplies that," Councilor Wilkerson said in support of the actions. The ordinances passed on first reading, largely by 8to0 votes. Councilors asked administration to continue updates as projects move into construction and sales phases.
