Council votes unanimously to enter executive session for legal counsel on zoning items

At the March 23 joint meeting, Mayor Pro Tem Clauser moved that the City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission go into executive session to seek legal counsel on items 5a and 5b. Councilmember Ode(r)kirk seconded the motion. The city took a roll-call vote; the move to Executive Session carried unanimously with all voting members recorded as yes.
City staff later announced the bodies returned from executive session at 8:40 p.m. and resumed the public meeting, after which staff presented additional details about the proposed SUP amendments and timeline for P&Z and council review.
