Midlothian council confirms four board appointments and replaces airport board member in executive session
Summary

The council approved multiple board and commission appointments recommended by a subcommittee: Michael Hill to the Midlothian Community Development Corporation; Michael Bowman to the Planning & Zoning Commission; Carter McClung to the Utility Advisory Board; and Jamie McNulty to the Parks Board. The motion to approve those nominations passed 5–0.
Later the council recessed into executive session under Texas Government Code sections 551.072 (real estate deliberation) and 551.074 (personnel matters). On reconvening, the council reported no action on the real estate item and took action under the personnel section: Councilmember Ross moved to replace Pete Setian on the airport board with Donald Snodgrass; council voted by hand and the motion passed 5–0. The meeting then adjourned.
