Sam Carlo (speaker 5), vice president of land acquisitions and entitlements for Pulte Homes, explained the lights were inadvertently left off the original plans and said the applicant will comply with township review comments.
Township planning reviewer Dominic (speaker 8) said the lighting plan meets township ordinance requirements and that the applicant will return with an amended land‑development submission; he also noted that reviews from Remington & Vernick, Pennoni and the Environmental Advisory Committee were in the file. Commissioners asked whether landscaping or parking would change; Pulte confirmed landscaping remains as originally proposed and parking compliance was preserved after prior zoning approvals.
With no public opposition, the commission recommended approval conditioned on compliance with the listed consultant review letters and any remaining plan cleanup items. The motion passed by voice vote.
