The chief reviewed incident metrics: two reportable vehicle accidents in the period (no injuries), two minor medication errors in 2025 with no harm to patients, and six workers' compensation injuries in 2025 (one major knee/leg injury from a construction fire). "We think that...the schedule played no part in these incidents," he said, and recommended no changes to the schedule. Council asked no substantive follow-up and accepted the recommendation.
