City budget staff told the council the utilities fund amendment reflects a rate increase approved earlier in the year and the streets fund amendment rolls forward Oak Hill Road funding that was not expended in the prior fiscal year. Gary Koeser said the combined amendments total $2,772,368.
No members of the public spoke on this item and council approved the amendments on roll call. Councilmembers asked clarifying questions about the bridge funding included in the roll‑forward and confirmed that temporary bridge work and design for a permanent bridge are both included in the funding being carried forward.
