Alliance raises SkyView cart-storage and locker fees, adds course-use discount

The Alliance City Council on Feb. 3 approved changes to the SkyView Golf Course fee schedule. Under Resolution No. 26-07, annual private cart storage will increase from $400 to $600 and annual locker rent will increase from $45 to $90; customers who also purchase a membership or punch card will receive a Course Use Discount that offsets the increase ($200 discount for cart storage; $45 discount for locker rent).
Interim City Manager Brown said the recommendation came from the Golf Course Advisory Board and was intended "to incentivize movement of unused carts" and prioritize storage for golfers who actively use the facility. The council voted 5–0 to adopt the fee changes and staff said letters will be sent to individuals affected by the rate adjustments.
