"We are recommending a contract award to Paragon Roofing in an amount of $1,067,078 for the Rockwall Heath High School roofing replacements project," Mr. Carter said. Trustees moved, seconded and approved the contract award in open session. Administration told the board the district plans to start work after school ends with substantial completion by August so the building is ready for the school year.
