The commissioner also reported that the commissioner's court approved a memorandum of understanding (MOU) sent to NECOG to pursue a written agreement on the county's outer-loop planning; the county is awaiting NECOG's response.
No formal decision was taken during the meeting on plan content; the update was informational and the commissioner urged staff and local officials to share invitations and encourage public attendance at the scheduled sessions.
