The Planning and Zoning Commission considered the consent agenda (items 4A through 4F). After discussion and requests to pull items, commissioners approved the remaining consent items (4A, 4B and 4D) subject to town staff recommendations. The Chair called for a vote and recorded the motion as carrying 5–0.
Commissioner (S5) moved to remove item 4C from the table and then moved to table item 4C to the May 5, 2026 regular meeting to allow applicants additional time for revisions; the motion to table passed 5–0. Commissioner (S4) moved to approve items 4E and 4F but asked that on item 4E screening walls be added to the north side of the building around the truck bays; that motion was seconded and approved 5–0.
Commissioners treated the approvals as routine but recorded the requested condition for 4E to be reflected in staff recommendations. No public comments were offered during the consent agenda discussion.
