Stone described Kugler’s career path — including service in the Peace Corps, work with special‑needs programs in Houston and the Bronx, and decades of service in the Prosper area — and said Kugler helped launch programs such as sensory Santa, a sensory‑friendly hour at Celebrate Prosper, and a summer continuation program called Game On. Mayor Bristol presented a certificate of appreciation on behalf of the Town Council.
Councilmembers and staff praised the volunteers’ contributions to inclusion and to town events. The council thanked the volunteers for their time and service to Prosper families.
