Plainview health department wins immunization and public health infrastructure grants

Alvarado also presented a new two-year Public Health Infrastructure grant totaling $30,000 to restore inventory and registry capabilities after the prior state system was shut down. She said year one provides approximately $18,000 toward software and equipment and year two provides $12,000 for licensing and maintenance; the council authorized the grants as described.
