Daycare fence approved with condition tying fence to daycare use

Staff noted the fence would deviate from certain setback standards in the UDO; after discussion commissioners asked staff to add a condition requiring removal of the fence if the property ever reverts to a non‑daycare use. Applicant representative Tim Stackhouse agreed to the revised language. Commissioner Streeter Schaeffer moved to approve the final development plan with the revised stipulation A (deviation granted with a requirement that the fence be removed if the property is no longer used as a daycare); the motion passed 10‑0.
